| New fire engine comes to Potosi. |

Abilene Fire Department retired two fire engines this summer and gave them to Taylor County to distribute to the volunteer fire departments. Potosi VFD was fortunate to recieve one of these engines. This engine will be Engine 142 for PVFD and will be used to respond to motor vehicle collisions and for water supply operations at structure fires. Engine 142 was placed in service last week and pictures will be coming soon.
